Centerville Varsity Bulldogs Triumph Over Winchester By GameChanger Media Centerville Varsity Bulldogs topped Winchester 6-1 on Friday. Centerville Varsity Bulldogs jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Aubrey Seifer doubled, scoring two runs, Shelby Life singled, scoring one run, and Haven Walter scored after tagging up. Seifer earned the win for Centerville Varsity Bulldogs. The pitcher gave up two hits and one run (zero earned) over six innings, striking out seven and walking one. C Ruble took the loss for Winchester. The starting pitcher went six innings, surrendering six runs (four earned) on 10 hits, striking out one and walking none. Madi Yount threw one inning of scoreless ball for Centerville Varsity Bulldogs in relief. The reliever gave up zero hits, striking out one and walking none. Centerville Varsity Bulldogs accumulated 10 hits in the game. Seifer drove the middle of the lineup, leading Centerville Varsity Bulldogs with two runs batted in. The pitcher went 2-for-3 on the day.
