Centerville Sr High School

The Boys JV and Varsity Basketball Teams opened up the season at home with wins over Eastern Hancock. The Bulldogs won the JV Contest by a final score of 52-35. Coltyn Keiser led the Bulldogs with 22 points and 6 rebounds. Jonah Cornett added 9 points and 10 rebounds. Kyle Dickenson had 6 points and 6 assists. Other scorers for the Bulldogs were Darius Stewart with 7 points, Gabe Boyle with 6 points and Evan Bain with 2 points. In the Varsity Game the Bulldogs cruised to a 64-39 win. Kaden McCord scored 17 points in the win. Landyn Keiser had 16 points and 5 assists. Bryson Brown also reached double figures with 10 points and 4 assists. Ethan Vecera had 5 points and dished out a team high 6 assists and 7 rebounds. Jace Hollendonner led the team in steals with 4 to go along with 4 points. Landen Schlotterbeck and Keith Plyley both netted 6 points each to round out a very balanced scoring attack. Both groups are back in action Saturday night as they travel to Earlham to take on the Seton Cardinals. JV tip at 6:00pm. Come out and support the Bulldogs!!!
