Centerville Sr High School

The Centerville Bulldogs defeated the Knightstown Panthers by a score of 46-7 on Friday night. The Bulldogs finish the regular season with an 8-1 record as they head into Sectionals next week. The Bulldogs were led by junior Running Back, Jeremiah Mull, who had 17 rush's for 125 yards and 3 touchdowns. Quarterback Jace Hollendonner was magnificent going 8/11 passing with 150 yards and 3 touchdowns through the air along with 10 rush's for 109 yards and 1 touchdown on the ground. Maddox Pritchett was the leading receiver with 5 catches for 94 yards and 1 receiving touchdown. Grady Blake and Ethan Vecera also added a receiving touchdown on the night. Ed Parker and Johnny McGinty led the defense with outstanding performances. Parker had 8 tackles and 1 Interception along with a big Kickoff Return to start the game. McGinty led the team in tackles with 12 along with multiple quarterback hurries. Coleson Campbell added 8 tackles, 1 TFL and 1 Sack on the night while Ethan Vecera chipped in 6 tackles and 2 TFLS. Grady Blake also had a big interception for the Bulldogs! The Bulldogs will take on Eastern Hancock next Friday night at HOME in the first round of Sectional play.
