The Centerville Lady Bulldogs battled hard from start to finish Wednesday night but ultimately came up short in a closely contested home match. Centerville struck first when Lindy Skinner found the back of the net in the first half, giving the Lady Bulldogs an early lead and plenty of momentum heading into halftime. The Bulldogs continued to fight throughout the second half, but they were unable to hold onto their advantage as the visitors battled back and eventually took control of the match. Despite the result, Centerville never stopped fighting. The Lady Bulldogs battled until the final whistle, continuing to push forward and look for an equalizer.
